This role will primarily focus on generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn and other platforms, with the ultimate goal of scheduling demos for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
o Engage with prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
o Proactively identify decision-makers and connect with HR professionals and business leaders.
o Monitor and participate in LinkedIn discussions, contributing valuable insights to position ResuMinder as an industry leader.
• Demo Scheduling:
o Secure demo appointments by effectively communicating the value of ResuMinder’s AI-driven solutions.
o Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into meaningful customer relationships.
• Brand Building:
o Increase ResuMinder’s visibility by growing the company’s LinkedIn follower count and driving engagement.
o Create compelling LinkedIn posts and content to spark interest and conversations with target audiences.
• Customer Insights:
o Understand and articulate client pain points, aligning ResuMinder’s solutions with their specific recruitment challenges.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI and recruitment industry trends to inform your approach.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment solutions.
• Expertise in using LinkedIn for professional networking, outreach, and generating leads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build trust quickly.
• Familiarity with tools like Upgrade to see actual info, CRM systems, and email campaign platforms.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• An understanding of AI technology and a passion for innovative solutions in recruitment is a plus.

Compensation:
• Base Salary: Initially commission-based during a 3-month probation period. After probation, a competitive salary will be provided based on performance, with commission continuing.
• Commission: A highly competitive structure offering 30% of each customer subscription you secure, for every month the customer remains subscribed, up to one year. Average subscription packages range from £500 to £2000 per month (approximately $610 to $2440 USD or ?34,000 to ?138,000 PHP), offering substantial earning potential.
