Lead Generation Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist to support our clients in expanding their sales pipelines through targeted outreach and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads
Execute outreach campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate and organized information
Collaborate with clients’ sales teams to optimize lead-handling processes and ensure smooth follow-ups
Track and report outreach performance, providing recommendations for campaign improvements
Identify opportunities to refine targeting and lead engagement strategies

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development support
Proficiency with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze campaign data and adapt strategies for continuous improvement
