Job Overview
As a Lead Gen Specialist, you will play a key role in managing leads, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting our business operations. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure, excels in navigating challenges, and remains motivated in the face of rejection—an essential skill given the nature of cold calling and client interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and
Set appointments and follow up with leads using the High Level CRM.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
Execute marketing strategies, including SMS campaigns and cold calling.
Build targeted lead lists to support marketing initiatives.
Track campaign results and provide performance reports.
3. Client Nurturing:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Address inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
4. Administrative Support:
Manage executive calendars,
Assist with data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks.
Organize and streamline daily tasks and operations.
5. Real Estate Support:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of real estate terminology, with specific familiarity in Alabama and Tennessee markets.
Support both buying and selling transactions by managing leads, follow-ups, and documentation.
6. Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with the team to implement new processes and automation tools.
7. Adaptable and Miscellaneous Tasks:
Handle ad hoc tasks as required to support the business.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, client needs, and market conditions.
