Position: Freelance Lead Generation Expert (Part-Time)
Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Location: Remote (Philippines-based talent preferred)

We are looking for a seriously experienced and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Expert to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled at identifying and engaging potential clients but will also have proven expertise in building, executing, and optimizing highly effective marketing funnels that generate high-value leads.

This is a role for top-tier professionals only. You will need to demonstrate clear evidence of past success, including metrics, strategies, and creative content that contributed to lead generation and conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Generating High-Quality B2B Leads – Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within our target industries.
Market Research & Analysis – Analyse market trends, competition, and industry gaps to refine lead generation strategies.
Outreach & Networking – Build relationships with decision-makers via LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, and digital outreach.
Lead Marketing Efforts to Generate Lead Funnels – Take full ownership of marketing strategies, crafting and executing high-converting lead funnels using innovative content and automation techniques.
Creative Content & Campaigns – Develop compelling, data-driven marketing content, including email sequences, landing pages, case studies, and video scripts to attract the right clients.
Sales Funnel Optimization – Track, analyse, and improve the lead generation process to maximize conversion rates and sales growth.

What We’re Looking For
? 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, sales, and digital marketing (must provide evidence of success).
? Proven track record of generating high-value B2B leads and closing deals through strategic marketing.
? Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email automation, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
? Ability to create, execute, and optimize high-performing lead generation funnels with measurable ROI.
? Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with exceptional communication skills.
? Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation.
? Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
? Must be available for some UK working hours – ideal for those who enjoy working later in the day.
