Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn profile, conducting outreach to prospects, setting appointments, closing leads, and ensuring all relevant data is accurately recorded in our CRM (HubSpot). The VA will also provide a weekly summary of insights and performance metrics.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Update and manage our LinkedIn profile to enhance engagement and visibility.
Content Creation: Develop engaging posts, stories, and reels to boost audience interaction.
Targeted Connection Requests: Identify and connect with potential clients through strategic LinkedIn outreach.
Personalized Messaging Sequences: Craft and send tailored messages to nurture relationships and align client expectations with our services.
Engagement Strategies: Optimize LinkedIn messaging scripts to improve response rates and maximize conversions.
Lead Nurturing & CRM Management: Track lead progress, follow up with prospects, and ensure all information is accurately recorded in HubSpot.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between clients and operations managers to streamline the booking process.
Performance Reporting: Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
Provided:
Most content will be provided for you to schedule/create. Though some content you will need to develop with your own creativity (should be fun)!
You will be given access to our LinkedIn and HubSpot accounts.
Initial scripts and key vocabulary to help you initiate conversations with prospects.
Training and guidance to ensure you succeed in your role.
Hours:
10+ hours per week
Rate:
$2.00-$5.00 CAD/hour
