We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Expert & Appointment Setter to help expand our reach and connect with key stakeholders within the education sector. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently while working closely with our Business Development Manager and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities
? Lead Identification & Research

Identify, research, and qualify target audience segments, including school administrators, district officials, educational
organizations, and corporate partners.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our programs and align lead generation strategies with our mission and objectives.
Utilize various prospecting methods such as LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM tools, and cold calling to engage potential clients.
? Appointment Setting & Outreach

Proactively reach out to decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to schedule appointments for our Business Development Manager.
Tailor outreach messages to different stakeholders, ensuring a professional and strategic approach that resonates with our audience.
Manage and optimize lead engagement workflows to ensure high-quality appointments and conversions.
? Collaboration & Strategy Execution

Work closely with the Business Development Manager to refine lead generation strategies based on feedback and data insights.
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and scheduled appointments using CRM systems.
Track and report key performance metrics, including outreach success rates, response rates, and scheduled meetings.
? Follow-up & Relationship Building

Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
Address basic inquiries and objections professionally to maximize appointment success.

Qualifications & Requirements
? Experience & Skills

2+ years of proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales outreach (preferably within the education,
nonprofit, or consulting sector).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – ability to engage professionally and persuasively with high-level decision-makers.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify key stakeholders within the education sector.
Experience using CRM software, email automation tools, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Familiarity with educational consulting services, nonprofit initiatives, or social impact programs is a plus.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
Proven track record of setting high-quality appointments that lead to successful client conversions.
? Technical Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
Access to CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools (preferred).
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual communication platforms.
