This is a full-time remote role where you'll work Monday to Friday and be available for two Sundays per month from 8 AM to 4 PM California time (PST).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on
Ad Creation & Management: Design, implement, and continuously improve paid ad campaigns to meet business goals, including campaign targeting, A/B testing, and tracking results.
Content Creation: Create high-quality content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with marketing strategies, resonates with target audiences, and enhances brand visibility across social media and web platforms.
Graphic Expertise: Use design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives.
Analyze & Report: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Fluent English Communication: Must have fluent spoken and written English to create and manage ad copy, communicate with the team, and interact with clients effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Strong background in Lead Generation strategies and tactics.
Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Available to work Monday to Friday + two Sundays per month from 8 AM to 4 PM PST.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with CRM systems,
Background in SEO or conversion rate optimization.
Experience with video editing or other advanced graphic design tools.
Salary & Compensation:
$350 USD for the first month.
$400 USD for the second month.
$500 USD for the third month and beyond.
+ $20 USD commission per appointment you manage to set. (Paid monthly based on the appointments set and converted)
