Your Responsibilities:
• Cold calling 100+ leads per day
• Sending emails to potential clients
• Setting at least 1-2 appointments per day

What You Need to Succeed:
• At least 6 months of experience in appointment setting (B2B campaigns preferred)
• Must have held a similar role in at least two of your most recent jobs
• Experience in full-cycle sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
• High energy and a results-driven mindset

Technical & Work Requirements:
• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Computer with at least 4GB RAM, a good webcam, and fast internet
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MDT
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.) is an asset

What We Offer:
• Monthly base salary of CAD $1,170
• Commissions ranging from CAD $250 - $750 per month
