Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Lead Executive & Audit Officer to oversee quarterly audits, generate reports for various departments, and manage administrative operations. This leadership role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
+Audit, Reporting & CRM Surveys:
+Conduct quarterly audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
+Generate reports based on management requests, covering departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations.
+Analyze financial data and accounting records to support decision-making and ensure accuracy in reports.
+Oversee and conduct CRM surveys to gather client feedback and improve company services.
Leadership & Team Management:
+Lead and oversee the IT Support Group, ensuring smooth technical operations.
+Manage and coordinate various administrative functions, ensuring efficiency across teams.
+Act as a key problem-solver, addressing challenges that arise in different departments.
+Executive Assistance & Communication:
+Provide executive support, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings.
+Participate in frequent meetings with company officers and founders to provide updates and strategic insights.
Qualifications:
+Strong background in auditing, reporting, administrative functions, and accounting.
+Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional responsibilities.
+Familiarity with CRM surveys, data collection, and client feedback analysis.
+Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle new challenges.
+Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with senior management.
+Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Preferred Experience:
+Strong accounting background, including financial analysis and reporting.
+Background in a leadership role with a track record of team coordination and decision-making.
