About Us
We are a fast-growing Etsy print-on-demand shop (tshirts, ornaments, tumblers, mugs, signs) . Our goal is to create high-quality, trend-driven designs that resonate with our target audience.

Role Overview
The Head Designer will be responsible for creating compelling, market-researched designs, managing an apprentice design program, and overseeing the design production pipeline. This person will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of listings, production, and shop performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design Creation & Market Research

Develop high-quality, trend-based designs for our Etsy shop using Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator experience is a plus).
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and ensure designs align with customer demand.
Optimize designs for print-on-demand production to ensure high-quality final products.

Design Team Leadership & Training

Train, mentor, and oversee an apprentice program for new designers.
Maintain quality control over all designs created within the team.
Provide feedback and establish design best practices.

Collaboration & Workflow Management

Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient listing management and production processes.
Develop a streamlined workflow for creating, approving, and launching new designs.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience with Canva (required) and familiarity with other design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (preferred).
Etsy experience preferred—understanding of Etsy’s marketplace, trends, and best practices.
Strong understanding of print-on-demand processes and requirements.
