Lead Coordinator

Position Overview

Redbird Realty, a high-performing real estate brokerage headquartered in Texas, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Coordinator to manage and optimize our lead generation and follow-up processes. This individual will oversee listing leads, online buyer leads, and our in-house Agent Lead Team, ensuring effective follow-up, nurturing, and tracking of leads through our lead management system, Follow Up Boss. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, an exceptional communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Oversee and track all listing leads, online buyer leads, and other incoming leads to ensure proper follow-up, assignment, and nurturing.

Agent Lead Team Oversight: Manage the in-house Agent Lead Team, ensuring agents are effectively following up on leads assigned to them.

Follow-Up and Nurturing: Personally handle lead follow-up and nurturing, ensuring consistent communication and engagement until the lead is converted or qualified.

Reporting and Communication: Regularly provide detailed updates and reports to company leadership on lead performance, agent follow-ups, and overall lead conversion metrics.

System Management: Use Follow Up Boss to track, organize, and manage leads; maintain data accuracy and ensure leads progress through the pipeline efficiently.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges related to leads, agent communication, or system processes to maintain a seamless lead management operation.

Agent Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to agents on lead follow-up best practices and the use of Follow Up Boss as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with follow-up strategies and provide feedback for improvement.

Quality Assurance: Continuously review and refine lead processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience in real estate lead management, sales coordination, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Follow Up Boss or similar CRM systems, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technology.

Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve issues and improve processes independently.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Work Hours: Availability to work US business hours.
Preferred: Experience working in a real estate brokerage or a related industry.
