We are looking for a Landing Page Designer & Builder with a strong background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and deep expertise in U.S. consumer needs to join our team. If you have a keen eye for design, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of creating high-performing landing pages for e-commerce brands, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
Design & Build Landing Pages: Create visually compelling and conversion-focused landing pages using tools such as Webflow, ClickFunnels, Shopify Page Builders (GemPages, Shogun, etc.), or similar platforms.
CRO & User Experience: Continuously optimize landing page elements (copy, layout, calls to action) through data-driven analysis, A/B testing, and best CRO practices.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with each brand’s style guide, tone, and overall brand identity.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive research and interpret user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, product teams, and marketing managers to align design and messaging for maximum impact.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 3 years of landing page design and development experience for e-commerce/D2C brands.
Technical Skills: Proficient in one or more page-building platforms (Webflow, ClickFunnels, Shopify, WordPress), HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
CRO Expertise: Demonstrated success in using A/B testing tools, heat maps, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to inform design decisions.
US Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of U.S. consumer behaviors, trends, and preferences.
Design Tools: Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Eye for Detail: Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills with a focus on consistent branding.
Organization & Communication: Excellent time management, project coordination, and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your best landing page work and highlighting your role in CRO strategy.
