LTL Capacity Representative

This role supports the team by overseeing all loads from dispatched status to in-transit status and finally to delivered status. You are responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of a shipment, including pickup, rescheduling, in-transit and final delivery. By calling carriers to check on every load without a tracking number to confirm pickup was made, you will either finalize the load or reschedule if needed and notify the customer and agent. In Addition, you will assist with coordinating pickup changes, updates, driver status and document retrieval.
