JOB OVERVIEW

The Level 3 Managed Services Engineer plays a critical role in delivering outstanding IT support and project
implementation. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to provide reliable solutions and ensure
client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Problem Resolution
Provide advanced support for escalated tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
Perform end-user support, workstation setups, and server administration (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy,
etc.).
Configure and manage Office 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
Conduct on-site visits as needed for issue resolution or project completion.

Project Implementation
Execute IT projects such as Office 365 migrations, 2FA deployments, server upgrades, and firewall installations.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely, successful project delivery.
Attend project planning meetings to understand scope and objectives.

System Monitoring & Maintenance
Proactively monitor backup systems, firewalls, antivirus, and SIEM platforms to ensure optimal performance.
Address system alerts and escalate larger issues to appropriate teams.
Maintain consistent application of best practices across managed clients.

Documentation & Asset Management
Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation for client systems, assets, and workflows.
Assist with client onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.

What You Bring
Experience: 4-5 years in IT support or MSP environments.

Skills:
o Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms).
o Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
o Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
o Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Certifications (preferred but not required):
o CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
o Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications
o Other relevant IT certifications.
Additional: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks.
