Join our fast-growing company as a Customer Support Representative with fluent Korean and English B2/C1 language skills. You will answer questions from B2C clients making orders in online shop.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: 09am – 18pm CET, Monday-Friday.

Your responsibilities:
• Handling inbound customer calls, chats and
• Coordinating with internal department;
• Maintaining records in the CRM System (Greyhound);
• Reporting to your CS Teamlead.
You will be a part of our support team to handle questions about available services.
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
Korean fluent writing and speaking;
English B2/C1 writing and speaking;
Have experience of customer support nore than 1 year, preferable calls handling;
Technical background or experience as advantage;
Customer-centric with a focus on delivering exceptional service
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
Attentive to detail, responsible, detail-oriented, have focus on helping Clients;
Good computer skills;
Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with self-employed;
You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
Knows Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) as advantage;
Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
