Job Title: Klaviyo and SMS Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Email Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize email campaigns in Klaviyo to boost customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
-SMS Marketing Expertise: Use tools like Postscript or similar platforms to create and manage SMS marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
-Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage customer data to build dynamic segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
-Automated Flows: Design and implement automated email and SMS workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase follow-ups).
-Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics for email and SMS campaigns, generating reports and providing actionable insights to improve performance.
-Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to relevant data privacy laws, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to align messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience with Klaviyo and SMS platforms (Postscript, Attentive, or similar tools).
-Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and pivot strategies when needed.
-Creative thinking with a focus on customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
-Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus.
-Familiarity with compliance standards related to email and SMS marketing.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
