Klaviyo Email Marketing Support Specialist

Virtual Office Bestie is expanding — and we’re on the lookout for a talented, detail-loving Email Marketing Support Specialist to join the team.

We work with product-based eCommerce brands across the world, helping them turn email into a powerful, low-maintenance revenue stream. We're currently in the process of a brand refresh to better reflect our email marketing focus, so it’s an exciting time to join and grow with us.

This is a full-time, remote role . Monday to Friday during Brisbane Aus working hours, supporting 4–6 ongoing e-comm clients and 1–2 project clients each month. You’ll also provide light support for our own Instagram content (just visuals — content is written for you).

What you’ll be doing:

Creating and updating email templates and newsletters in Klaviyo

Setting up and optimising email flows using smart segmentation

Running A/B tests to boost open rates, clicks and conversions

Monitoring and pulling performance reports with key insights

Managing list segmentation and hygiene

Creating and implementing a detailed reporting system for Klaviyo results

Designing simple, on-brand posts and reels in Canva for Virtual Office Bestie’s Instagram

Occasionally assisting with light eComm admin tasks (e.g. product uploads)


You’re a great fit if you:

Have strong Klaviyo experience, especially with flows, segmentation, A/B testing and reporting

Have a good eye for design and solid Canva skills

Write clearly and confidently in English

Are highly organised, self-motivated and love a to-do list

Enjoy working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly

Care about quality, results, and the success of the businesses you support


Bonus points for:

Shopify knowledge or eCommerce admin experience
