Killer Creative director expert wanted for our perfume brand!

Hello,

For our perfume brand, we are currently looking for someone to become our Creative Director for all marketing channels.

What exactly does this position entail?

- You must understand marketing very well and have at least 3 years of experience as a Creative director and specialist.
- You will be ultimately responsible within our perfume brand for creatives. We test 30-50 Creatives per week.
- You present each week to the owners of the company exactly which creatives need to be made and why, exact explanation including justification.
- You manage the editors and make sure that creatives do their job well and look for creatives.
- Respond with the word strawberry for your application
- You must create an obsession with our product, know every competitor and work 8 hours a day to create the best, highest quality creatives ever.

In the beginning, we will pay you a fair salary per hour to see if you can actually deliver what we are looking for.

We explicitly did not put a salary with the position, because we want to pay any amount based on quality, and experience. This could be $500-3000 per month including bonuses.
