About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Kajabi Training Program Specialist to manage and continuously optimize our Kajabi-based creator training platform. In this role, you will:

Platform Management:

Maintain and update training content, modules, and resources on our Kajabi platform.
Ensure a consistent brand experience and smooth user experience for our creators.
Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor platform performance.
Training Program Development:

Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to develop engaging training materials, including videos, quizzes, and interactive tools.
Build content that educates creators on best practices, affiliate marketing, and TikTok growth strategies.
Creator Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for creators enrolled in the training program.
Host and coordinate weekly coaching calls to provide guidance and support.
Track creator progress and engagement, using data-driven insights to refine training materials.
Cross-Brand Integration:

Assist with integrating additional brands (e.g., Kashmere Collections) into the training platform.
Ensure consistency and tailor content to meet the unique needs of each brand’s audience.
Analytics & Reporting:

Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Kajabi insights, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Northbeam) to monitor engagement, course completion, and revenue generation.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (retention, marketing, project management) and external partners (Kajabi support) to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have:

Proven experience managing or optimizing a Kajabi platform for training, e-learning, or online courses.
Experience in developing engaging training programs with interactive content.
Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and Zapier.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret user engagement data to drive improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working remotely with global teams.

Bonus:

Background in TikTok, influencer management, or affiliate marketing.
Creative design skills to develop engaging course materials.
