CHINOEASY Online Academy: A platform designed to offer immersive online Chinese education. The Spanish-language version is live, and we are now preparing to launch the English-language version in 2025.

CHINOEASY Online Bookstore: An e-commerce store selling Chinese language textbooks published by the prestigious Beijing Language and Culture University Press (BLCUP). These textbooks, including the world-renowned HSK Official Standard Course, are highly regarded for their authority and comprehensiveness in teaching Chinese.

To support the next phase of our growth, we are seeking an expert to help build and optimize our platforms on Kajabi (for the academy) and Shopify (for the bookstore).

Key Responsibilities
Kajabi Platform Management:

Design and build visually appealing and functional pages for the online academy.
Set up and manage courses, including lesson uploads, quizzes, and community features.
Manage email marketing campaigns and automated sequences to engage learners.
Create and optimize marketing funnels to drive student enrollment and retention.
Shopify Platform Management:

Optimize the existing online bookstore for better user experience and sales conversions.
Create landing pages and implement features to streamline the shopping experience.
Manage product listings and promotions for textbooks, including the HSK Official Standard Course.

Email Marketing & Automation:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for both platforms.
Set up automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.

Community Management:

Build and manage vibrant learner communities on Kajabi, fostering interaction and engagement among students.
Performance Analysis:

Monitor platform analytics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

About You
Proven experience with Kajabi and Shopify, including page creation, email marketing, and sales funnel optimization.
Strong design and UX skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Experience in e-commerce management, preferably with a focus on educational or publishing products.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
A passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals.
