About Us:
Taxed GmbH is a Swiss tax consulting firm offering top-tier financial services. We help clients navigate complex tax systems efficiently. We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to support administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage documents, spreadsheets, and client files. Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and financial documentation. Prepare Swiss tax returns. Maintain the website. Lead generation via cold/warm outreach through phone and email sales. Utilize HubSpot (a plus but not required). Research tax regulations and financial practices. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle emails. Support bookkeeping and invoice management. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. Degree in Tax, Marketing, Information Systems, or Business Administration. Strong organization and multitasking skills. Proficient in Google Workspace. Excellent English communication skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable internet and home office setup.
