About the Role
A growing marketing automation agency is seeking a Junior Project Manager & Operations Coordinator to help onboard new tea

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with experience in project coordination, team onboarding, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable working in a remote team environment, and able to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
This is a contract-based, remote position with the potential for long-term growth into a senior operations role.
Key Responsibilities
???? New Tea
???? Project & Task Management – Track assignments, monitor task progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
???? Team Coordination & Support – Be the point of contact for tea
???? Process Documentation & SOP Creation – Create, update, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
???? Workflow & Systems Management – Support the implementation of automation tools, task management systems, and internal workflows.
???? Check-ins & Status Reporting – Provide regular updates on project timelines, team productivity, and task completion.
Compensation & Growth Potential
???? Starting Rate: $5/hour USD (80 hours/month, $400/month to start)

Qualifications & Requirements
???? 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or team support.
???? Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
???? Ability to manage multiple projects and track team progress effectively.
???? Experience with workflow automation, task management tools, or digital project management (preferred but not required).
???? Interest in growing within a business operations or project management role.
