Junior Media Buyer Wanted | Remote Role
We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to assist in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns for local service businesses. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in digital advertising who wants to develop their skills in media buying, performance tracking, and creative strategy.
You will work closely with senior media buyers and a dedicated creative team, gaining hands-on experience in campaign management, ad performance analysis, and testing strategies. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a data-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Setup & Execution
-Assist in campaign build-outs, launching and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta
-Implement ad creatives (videos, headlines, hooks, lead forms) as directed by senior media buyers.
-Implement optimizations as directed by senior media buyers.
-Support A/B testing initiatives by tracking creative variations and analyzing performance.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Monitor key campaign metrics, including Leads, CTR, CPL, CPM and CPC.
-Maintain campaign tracking sheets and provide regular updates on performance.
-Assist in compiling weekly reports with insights and recommendations for optimizations.
3. Creative Collaboration
-Work with the creative team to request and refine ad assets.
-Help develop creative briefs, ensuring assets align with campaign objectives.
-Identify trends in ad performance and suggest creative adjustments based on data.
4. Audience & Budget Management
-Support audience segmentation and targeting adjustments based on performance data.
-Assist in budget pacing and allocation to maximize efficiency and lead generation.
-Monitor campaign performance daily and flag any underperforming ads.
What We’re Looking For
-2+ years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or paid social advertising.
-Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and trends.
-Basic understanding of ad copy, creative strategy, and audience targeting.
-Attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing processes.
-Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
