Junior Financial Analyst for Financial Modeling Position

Job Description
• Developing Financial Models: Create and enhance spreadsheet models for financial planning, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Industry Research: Analyze market-specific financial requirements and integrate them into model designs for sectors such as real estate, SaaS, eCommerce, and more.
• Documentation and Usability Guides: Write clear instructions and supporting documents to help users navigate and apply the models effectively.
• Client Feedback and Optimization: Refine models based on customer feedback to ensure accuracy, relevance, and ease of use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to identify market needs and ensure the templates align with customer demands.

Your Profile
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Solid Know-How in MS Excel
• Preliminary understanding of financial concepts such as DCF valuation, NPV/IRR, scenario analysis, and break-even analysis.
• Ability to research industry-specific financial requirements and translate them into user-friendly models.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write clear and concise documentation.
• Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for financial analysis and template development.
