Junior Architect

Your role & responsibilities
Project Support: Serve as a key resource to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables, either independently or collaboratively within a team.
Project Planning: Gather and compile necessary data from various sources to facilitate project execution.
Project Delivery: Utilize data analysis to contribute to the creation of design solutions.
Project Development: Produce drawings, specifications, reports, and other documentation that adhere to company standards, client specifications, national standards, and codes of practice.
Quality Assurance: Continuously enhance your expertise in areas such as national regulations, regulatory guidelines, standards, and Arcadis-specific procedures to maintain and improve your professional capabilities.
Client and Industry Engagement: Build knowledge about Arcadis services, client operations, and sector specifics to enhance networking opportunities and establish your professional reputation within the industry.

Company culture
Paradigm is a UK architecture Firm looking for virtual junior architects to work on residential and commercial projects mainly based in the UK. The Junior Architect will be working along side parallel offices UK/GOA/PHILIPPINES to deliver quality projects and deliver high satisfaction to customers.

About you
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines.
Whilst a recognized qualification in design and/or construction is desirable, relevant experience within a similar discipline will be considered.
Proficient or know Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and Navisworks is an advantage.

UK HOURS 9am (BST) - 6pm (BST) eq. PHP HOURS 4pm (PHT)- 1am (PHT)
