Responsibilities:
- Qualify passive leads through phone, email, or text.
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Conduct initial property research and market analysis.
- Update and manage leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Senior Acquisitions Team to close deals.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales and acquisitions.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
- Available to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

What We Offer:
- $800 per month base salary.
- 1% commission on closed deals from passive leads.
