JOB SUMMARY:
The Post Close Data Entry Analyst is responsible for entering, analyzing, and managing data within the organization's databases. This role involves not only ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data entered but also interpreting and analyzing data to support decision-making processes. The analyst works closely with various departments to ensure data consistency and quality across the organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accurately input and update data into the company's databases and systems.
- Maintain and manage data records, ensuring they are current and accurate.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
- Communicate effectively with tea

- Document data management procedures and standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve data entry and analysis processes.
- Implement best practices for data management and analysis.
- Create and manage template creation of revenue statements that are not delivered in the standard format.
EDUCATION:
A degree in data science, computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related role.
Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and analytical tools.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Knowledge in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
SOFT SKILLS:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
