- Content Management: Keep website content current and engaging, ensuring that it aligns with SEO best practices. Collaborate on blog content creation and optimization as needed.

- CRM Management: While not the primary focus, any experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially with the intention of rolling out Podium in Q2 2024, would be a valuable asset.

- Canva Assistance: Provide support to franchisees in utilizing Canva for their marketing materials and creative projects.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SEO strategies and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive problem solver with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Podium (experience is a plus).
