From the initial handful of patients, AcuVision quickly grew from opening day to become one of the highest rated and recognized optometry practices in Whittier. Patients are always our #1 priority, and we do everything we know how to help them. To support our continued growth and expansion of services, in February 2020, the practice acquired and moved into the current property on Penn Street. We now have 4 doctors and 10 staff helping over 50,000 residents of Whittier and the surrounding communities.

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Creative Biller Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will handle patient communications, assist with billing tasks, and maintain social media platforms with engaging content. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong customer service skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer patient phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and check order statuses.
• Process and manage billing tasks accurately.
• Maintain and create engaging content for social media platforms (graphics, reels, etc.).
• Handle fax reports and other administrative tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a problem-solving approach.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or billing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple software tools.
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content for social media.
• Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.

Tools You Will Use:
• Eyefinity EPM/EHR
• Weave
• Google Applications (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite

Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)
