What You'll Do:

- Employee Meetings: Conduct 10-15 individual 30-minute meetings daily with employees to assess their personal and professional well-being.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with employees, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address concerns or challenges employees face, including feelings of being overworked, in collaboration with the HR team to find effective solutions.
- Observation and Insight: Detect underlying issues during conversations and proactively address them.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed notes after each meeting for accurate records and progress tracking.

Who You'll Work With:

You will work closely with a dynamic HR team, directly engaging with employees to support their well-being. This collaborative role involves partnering with HR professionals to create a positive and inclusive company culture.

Who We're Looking For:

- Registered Professional: Hold relevant credentials as a registered therapist, social worker, or similar.
- Experienced: At least 1 year of experience in a counseling, therapeutic, or similar role.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Approachable, empathetic, and skilled at building meaningful relationships.
- Observant and Proactive: Capable of identifying subtle cues and addressing concerns effectively.
- Collaborative: Work seamlessly with the HR team to resolve issues and maintain employee satisfaction.
- Skilled Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solution-Oriented: Comfortable handling sensitive topics and fostering open dialogue.
