We’re looking for a motivated, full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment. This remote role offers flexible hours (Sunday to Thursday, 7pm – 3am Philippines local time) with a competitive compensation of $600 USD per month, plus PTO.

What You’ll Do:
1.Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat — you’ll be quoting, managing lead times, and delivering top-notch service.
2.Build strong, friendly relationships with customers and vendors to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.
3/Become a bridge between customers and vendors — you’ll send emails, manage communications, and ensure that both sides have the information they need to be successful.
4.Process quotes and orders efficiently, collaborating with customers and vendors to meet their needs.
5.Offer administrative support and ensure timely communication to keep things running smoothly.
6.Take on new challenges as they arise — no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For:
1.Energy & Enthusiasm: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, learn, grow, and embrace the opportunity to make mistakes and bounce back stronger.
2.Customer-Focused: You LOVE helping customers and know how to build meaningful connections.
3.Organized & Positive: You bring a positive attitude, are detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks while staying organized.
4. Tech-Savvy: You’re not just familiar with tools like Outlook, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM — you know them inside and out and aren’t afraid to use them frequently to get things done. Plus, you’ve got a solid grasp of chatGPT and are excited to leverage it in your day-to-day work!
5.Experience: Ideally, you have at least 5 years of customer service/sales experience in LCD displays and computer hardware.
