We're a dynamic and rapidly expanding STR business managing 20+ unique listings, and we're on the lookout for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a VA Revenue Manager, Project Manager, and Team Lead.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Revenue Manager / Project Manager / Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Here's how you'll contribute:

Revenue Management

Optimize Pricing Strategies: Analyze market trends to adjust pricing dynamically, ensuring maximum profitability across all listings.

Monitor Performance Metrics: Keep a close eye on occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and other key indicators.

Implement Revenue Tools: Utilize software and tools to forecast demand and set competitive rates.

Team Management

Lead the VA Team: Coordinate and motivate our VAs to maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Streamline Operations: Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement solutions for smoother workflows.

Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Deal Sourcing and Closing

Identify New Opportunities: Scout for potential properties to add to our portfolio through market research and networking.

Negotiate Contracts: Engage with property owners, present proposals, and negotiate terms that are favorable for both parties.

Onboard New Listings: Oversee the integration of new properties into our system, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

Who We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in revenue management, project management, or team leadership, particularly in the STR or hospitality sector.
