Creative Conspirator is seeking a talented SEO Associate to join our team and play a vital role in driving organic growth for our clients. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, perfect for an experienced SEO professional looking to make a meaningful impact. You’ll collaborate with a small, creative team and work directly with the agency owner to develop and implement successful SEO strategies.

Job Duties:
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements (e.g., schema markup, site speed optimization, fix errors, etc).
- Perform on-page optimizations, including keyword research, metadata updates, and content revisions.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and outreach.
- Optimize local SEO efforts, such as Google Business Profile optimization and updates — and citation management.
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites to improve SEO performance.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, BrightLocal and Screaming Frog.
- Use ChatGPT to analyze data, generate reports, and create content as needed.
- Track and organize data using Google Sheets for tasks and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate and agency owner to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Provide regular performance reports to the agency owner and clients, focusing on keyword rankings and traffic growth.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and proactive, with a strong ability to follow existing processes while seeking opportunities for improvement. This is a remote position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements:
- English Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to create professional client-facing reports and deliver updates via Loom and Google Meet.
- SEO Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Local SEO Expertise: Experience optimizing for local businesses, including Google Business Profile management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress.
- ChatGPT: Experience using ChatGPT to analyze data, generate reports, and create content.
- Google Sheets: Proficiency in organizing and tracking data and tasks.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to create clear, client-facing reports and updates.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of spotting errors, improving processes, and delivering high-quality work.
- Time Management: Self-motivated and able to manage tasks effectively in a remote, part-time environment.
- Reliable Computer and Internet: A computer capable of running SEO tools and a stable internet connection for remote work and weekly meetings.
- Desire for Long-Term Employment: You are committed to this role for at least 6 months and are not actively seeking other employment during this time. Ideally, you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your skills, build your reputation within the company, and contribute to Creative Conspirator’s success for the long term.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
- DNS Management: Understand DNS and set up new domains with hosting.
- WordPress: Ability to set up a basic WordPress site with a blog and optimize it for SEO.
