Are you an experienced and passionate Customer Service Agent ready to grow with a dynamic and expanding company? Do you thrive on delivering top-notch customer experiences, resolving disputes, and making meaningful contributions to a team? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We are specifically looking for a candidate from the Philippines as we are building a team there.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, personal, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Track and update order statuses to ensure customers stay informed and deliveries are on time.
- Handle PayPal disputes, Shopify chargebacks, and similar cases efficiently and fairly.
- Communicate with suppliers about orders, including cancellations, modifications, and updates.
- Check daily whether orders are being shipped within 4 days, and promptly communicate with the
supplier if shipments are delayed.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and optimize customer service processes.
- Maintain fixed daily working hours, ensuring consistent availability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
- Proficiency in Shopify and PayPal disputes/chargebacks handling is required.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
-Availability 7 days a week for at least 2 hours/day, with a potential increase in hours after
February.
- Fluent in English
- Eager to contribute ideas, take initiative, and grow into a Customer Service Manager role as the
company expands.
- Must be based in the Philippines to join our growing team.
- Ready to start immediately, preferably today.
