Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, creative genius who loves juggling projects and making magic happen? I'm seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to become my indispensable right-hand partner. While this role will start part-time, there is ample room to grow with the business. If you thrive on editing engaging videos, managing vibrant social media channels, and perfecting Kajabi landing pages and funnels, this might just be your dream gig!

Your Role & Impact
As my Virtual Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of everything I do - from crafting compelling content to streamlining my online presence. Your creative genius and knack for organization will help elevate every project we tackle together. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be diving into:
- Video Editing Mastery: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging YouTube videos that captivate and educate our audience. Create scroll-stopping clips for Instagram that give people a taste of why they would want to watch more.
- Social Media Savvy: Plan, schedule, and execute posts for Instagram, boost engagement, and bring fresh ideas to keep our brand buzzing.
- Kajabi Wizardry: Optimize landing pages and sales funnels on Kajabi to ensure they’re visually stunning, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.
- Content Optimization & Beyond: Assist with optimizing YouTube videos, blog posts, and other content; plus, contribute to lead generation, research, and overall process improvements.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage data entry, project coordination, and the upkeep of our digital tools and processes, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Your Superpowers
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in video editing, social media management, and working with Kajabi.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Canva, and Trello. Experience with ChatGPT is a bonus.
- A creative problem-solver with an impeccable eye for detail.
Mindset & Communication:
- A “can-do” attitude and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
- You take initiative and enjoy sharing your expertise on optimization, automation and streamlining - I welcome your input and ideas to improve the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you double-check your work and never miss a beat!
- Passion for organization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points:
- A genuine interest in health and wellness is a plus, though not a requirement.
