JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Job Search Support (10-15 Hours/Week)
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a professional in her job search. Your role will be to streamline and optimize the job application process, saving her valuable time while ensuring high-impact job search strategies are in place.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in job search assistance, recruitment, HR, or career coaching—and who is proficient in AI tools, automation, and software that can enhance efficiency. Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Identify Job Opportunities: Find relevant Customer Success & Account Management roles that match specific criteria.
Resume & Cover Letter Customization: Tailor each resume and cover letter to fit job descriptions, optimizing for keywords and role requirements.
Application Management: Complete and submit job applications, keeping track of deadlines and follow-ups in an organized manner.
LinkedIn Engagement & Optimization: Manage LinkedIn activity by engaging with posts, sharing relevant content, and participating in key groups to increase visibility.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a structured tracking system for job applications, responses, and follow-ups.
Weekly Strategy Review Calls: One check-in per week (Pacific Time) to discuss priorities and refine job search strategies.

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
-Experience in job applications, recruitment, or HR preferred
- High attention to detail & ability to follow specific instructions
-Familiarity with LinkedIn best practices & job search strategies
- Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, resume optimization software, LinkedIn automation, etc.)
-Experience with productivity & project management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar)
-Trustworthy & able to handle sensitive personal information
-Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Work Hours & Compensation:
10-15 hours per week (flexible)
1 weekly strategy call (Pacific Time Zone)
Competitive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience)
