Job Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using a provided lead list.
Effectively engage prospects to introduce and explain our mortgage services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our licensed loan officers.
Consistently meet and exceed established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company CRM.
Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and improve call outcomes.
