Key Responsibilities:

Manage Investor & Asset Database: Maintain and update records in Appfolio IM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Investor Relations: Maintain contact information, coordinate calls/webinars, and respond to investor queries.
Reporting & Analysis: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; summarize industry news and competitor performance.
Research: Monitor market trends, industry news, and competitor performance to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in investor relations or financial reporting (real estate or property management experience preferred).
Skills: Strong understanding of financial statements, proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, CRM, and Appfolio.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
