Position Overview

BBC is seeking an Investor Outreach Professional to support and lead capital-raising initiatives under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in investor relations, capital raising, and financial outreach.
While a background as a broker-dealer or banker is beneficial, it is not required. We welcome candidates with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for investor engagement.
This role offers a competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Outreach & Relationship Management
Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and impact investment funds.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract and retain investors for BBC’s projects.
Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, providing timely updates and fostering long-term relationships.


Capital Raising & Investment Support

Work closely with the CFO to structure and present investment opportunities across various asset classes.
Assist in preparing investment proposals, term sheets, and fundraising strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless investor onboarding and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Investor Communications & Reporting

Prepare investor presentations, financial reports, and due diligence materials.
Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and webinars to promote BBC’s initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and track commitments using CRM tools.


Market & Industry Research

Stay informed about capital market trends, investor preferences, and impact investment opportunities.
Monitor regulatory changes and economic trends that may impact BBC’s capital-raising efforts.


Qualifications & Experience

Experience in investor relations, fundraising, financial services, or business development.
Strong networking skills and the ability to engage investors confidently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and explain investment structures, even if not from a banking or brokerage background.
Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with the CFO.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in impact investing, real estate finance, renewable energy, or agriculture finance is a plus.
Familiarity with private placements, structured finance, or alternative investments is beneficial but not required.
Proficiency in CRM tools and investor databases is a plus.
