JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Internal Service Support Associate to provide internal IT support to our workers and agents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to coordinate with third-party support, and excellent English communication skills to assist US-based users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

- Serve as the first point of contact for workers and agents experiencing technical issues.
- Assist with issues like password resets, account lockouts, installations and other technical issues across various internal systems.
- Troubleshoot software, system, and related concerns to minimize disruptions.
- Escalate complex issues to third-party support providers, following up as needed to ensure resolution.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.

*Data Analysis & Reporting (Secondary Focus):
- Perform basic SQL queries to support troubleshooting and reporting needs.
- Create and maintain simple dashboards in BI tools like Power BI to provide insights into technical issues and resolutions.
- Identify trends in technical issues and recommend preventive measures.

We pay an entry rate of PHP175hour + Benefits, such as:
