We work closely with each client to craft personalized, functional designs that bring their unique vision to life. From concept to completion, we help our clients design beautiful and tailored spaces as per their needs and preferences.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development: Develop design concepts that reflect the client’s vision, incorporating aesthetics, functionality, and practicality.
2. Space Planning: Create efficient and effective space layouts to maximize functionality and flow within a space.
3. Material and Finish Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and color palettes that align with design concepts and budgets.
4. Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for design and renovation projects.
5. Project Management: Oversee projects from concept through execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.
7. Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
8. Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
9. Email Management: Own and manage company email accounts, ensuring timely responses to client, contractors, vendors, and suppliers inquiries.
10. Proposal and Invoice Management: Draft and send design proposals and invoices to clients, tracking payments and follow-ups.
11. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and maintain SOPs for various design processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications:

* Education: Degree in Interior Design or related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in interior design and project management.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3dsmax, SketchUp, Revit, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite) and Project Management tools (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Canva, Google Workspace, etc).
* Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into functional designs.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage both design and administrative tasks efficiently
