We’re seeking a skilled Interior Architect with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) experience, specializing in restaurant design. This role is for someone who thrives in crafting innovative spaces and has a deep understanding of the technical and creative aspects of hospitality design.

Role Overview
Interior Architect (Restaurant Design & MEP Specialist)

Restaurant Design Expertise: Design layouts, plan spaces, and develop concepts specifically for food and beverage venues, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and operational functionality.
MEP Coordination: Integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems seamlessly into your designs, ensuring code compliance and optimizing restaurant workflows.
3D Modeling: Create detailed models using Revit and SketchUp to communicate design concepts effectively.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with the founder, clients, and the internal team to ensure a cohesive design process.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, capturing every decision and ensuring the project stays on track.
Grassroots Design Principles: Contribute to establishing core design standards that enhance operational efficiency and profitability for food and beverage spaces.
Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record in interior architecture, with a strong focus on restaurant or hospitality design.
MEP Knowledge: Hands-on experience coordinating and designing with MEP systems in mind.
3D Modeling Expertise: Proficient in Revit and SketchUp for creating and communicating design concepts.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting design decisions, plans, and project updates.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Passion for Hospitality Design: Deep interest in food and beverage spaces, with an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
Flexible & Team-Oriented: Able to adapt in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
