Integration + CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automation & CRM Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in Ontraport, Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Google Sheets (formulas & scripting), and WordPress to streamline operations, integrate systems, and manage CRM workflows.

You will play a key role in setting up product launches, automations, software integrations, and project management while also handling customer support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly efficient, fluent in English, and thrives in a structured, organized environment.

This is a full-time role requiring availability from 9 AM to 5 PM CST, including participation in video calls for team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Automation & CRM Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Ontraport workflows, integrations, and automations.
Software & System Integration: Implement and connect tools like Ontraport, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Google Sheets, and WordPress to create seamless workflows.
Google Sheets Expert: Use advanced formulas, scripts, and automations to simplify reporting and processes.
Product Launches: Oversee the setup and execution of product launches, ensuring smooth integrations and automation.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and improve response workflows.
Project & Task Management: Track projects, manage deadlines, and streamline operations for efficiency.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop clear and structured SOPs to document workflows and processes.
General Administrative Support: Handle various tedious but essential tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements:
Expertise in Ontraport CRM and automation setup.
Strong technical skills in ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, WordPress, and Google Sheets (including formulas & scripting).
Ability to set up new software, troubleshoot issues, and implement integrations efficiently.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
