The Intake Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Intake Manager
and fulfills a pivotal role in administrative support for a law firm. This role involves
fielding inbound calls, streamlining onboarding processes for new clients, and
conducting initial screenings and surveys to identify potential cases. Additionally, the
Intake Specialist collaborates on outbound sales strategies, manages attorney
schedules, conducts data entry, assists with document management, and provides
essential support in converting new cases into the firm's management systems.
Empathy, communication, and efficiency are central to ensuring a seamless onboarding
process for clients and the growth of the firm's caseload. This role is adaptable to
perform a range of duties in support of the firm's objectives.
