Intake Specialist

Position Details: MUST SPEAK SPANISH

- Engage in consistent email communication with Patients, Providers, and Doctors addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction

- Handle appointment scheduling, ensuring patients are assigned appropriate time slots based on their needs and availability

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English and Spanish communication to convey information, address concerns, and provide solutions effectively

- Daily/Weekly meetings

- Ability to work independently

- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word & Gmail

- Bonus if you have knowledge of Practice Fusion

- Demonstrate quick and responsive communication, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks while being detail-oriented

- A minimum of 4 years of working experience

- Performs other related duties as assigned

This is a fully remote position that will require the following;

A computer with a minimum of 2 monitors
Full-Time
Strong internet connection
Headset / Camera
Working hours - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Estimated Monthly Salary: Php 18,000 - 25,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
