Insurance Virtual Assistant (Property and Casualty)

Hittle Insurance, a U.S.-based insurance agency, is seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
As a CSR, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every interaction.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with an insurance Agency in the US
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Have a degree in Business Administration or similar
