Insurance Telemarketer and Cold Caller

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced telemarketer to make outbound calls and generate leads for our home and auto insurance services. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and skilled at handling objections while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
Qualify leads based on specific criteria
Set appointments for insurance agents
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM
Follow up with prospects as needed
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport

Qualifications:
1+ years of telemarketing or cold calling experience (insurance sales preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to handle objections and remain persistent
Experience using a CRM or dialer system
Knowledge of home and auto insurance (preferred but not required)
