Are you a skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in the U.S. insurance industry? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and provide top-notch support to customers of a U.S.-based insurance company.
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries via phone,
What You’ll Do:
? Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate office personnel
? Assist existing customers with automatic monthly billing enrollment for financed bonds
? Follow up with customers on pending renewals
? Manage the surety first review gathering function through Yotpo
? Handle customer inquiries via
? Maintain professional and timely client correspondence
What We’re Looking For:
?? Experience in customer service within the U.S. insurance industry
?? Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
?? Ability to handle escalated issues with patience and problem-solving skills
?? Previous experience with U.S.-based property management companies or HOA community associations (a plus!)
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
?? Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
?? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
?? Availability to work 40 hours per week in alignment with U.S. time zones
