About the Role
We're looking for a hard working and smart insurance broker / underwriter assistant with experience in P&C insurance. The individual will help our brokerage team manage relationships, transfer data and ensure insurance operations are done smoothly.

Traditional wholesalers help brokers by manually searching for coverage on their behalf - emails and phone calls back and forth, applications filled out by hand. All of these inefficiencies cause month long wait times that are frustrating to customers. Novella is changing that as the first AI-powered insurance wholesaler fixing the process for brokers and helping them insure their most complicated customers.
