Insurance Agent Phone Support

We are a United States-based company specializing in selling an insurance-related product called Surety Bonds. We are seeking an experienced professional from the Philippines to join our team. This is a work from home position. The primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls and processing surety bonds.

Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (midnight to 8:00 AM Manila Time).
• Work Location: This is a remote, work-from-your-home position.
• Compensation: PHP 60,000 per month. A higher salary may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
• Send out and process applications.
• Submit applications to insurance companies.
• Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth process.
• Receive payments from clients via QuickBooks.
• Arrange for the mailing of bonds to customers.
• Handle renewals and manage small projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Insurance Background: A background in insurance/surety bonds is preferred but not required.
• Education: A college degree is required, preferably with some coursework in business.
• Communication Skills: Must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with a diverse range of individuals, from highly educated professionals to those with minimal education.
• Technical Requirements:
? Must have your own computer and a reliable internet connection.
? A quiet workspace free from distractions (e.g., no background noise such as barking dogs).
? The company will provide an internet phone.
• Night Shift: Ability and willingness to work during Philippine night hours (Midnight to 8:00 AM Manila time). This is a unique requirement, and serious candidates should consider whether this works for them.
